Singapore
Singapore is one of the most beautiful cities in all of Southeast Asia. I spent four days here exploring the bustling city on my way back from my United States cross-country road trip in 2022.
With only four days to explore, I set out to see and do as much as possible. Below are some popular attractions and activities I enjoyed while in Singapore and would hands down recommend for your visit.
Gardens by the Bay
Explore the breathtaking Gardens by the Bay, featuring iconic Supertrees, Cloud Forest, and Flower Dome. Take advantage of the nightly light and sound show called the Garden Rhapsody.
Sentosa Island
Spend a day at Sentosa Island, an island resort with various attractions, including Universal Studios Singapore, Adventure Cove Waterpark, S.E.A. Aquarium, and gorgeous beaches.
Little India
Experience the sights, sounds, and flavors of Little India, known for its colorful streets, bustling markets, and authentic Indian cuisine.
Hawker Centers
(My favorite area) Indulge in Singapore’s renowned street food at hawker centers like Maxwell Food Centre, Lau Pa Sat, or Tiong Bahru Market. Try local dishes such as Hainanese chicken rice, laksa, and chilli crab.
I absolutely loved Singapore. I would love to go back one day and explore more of the outer suburbs and experience the Mid Autumn Festival.
